Sub.: Shri Siddharth Mehta to complete his current Term as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Bajaj Electricals Limited (“Company”); not to seek re-appointment

We have to inform you that Shri Siddharth Mehta (DIN: 03072352), an Independent Director of the Company, whose current term is expiring on May 29, 2021, has conveyed his desire not to seek reappointment for the second term, owing to his professional commitments. Accordingly, Shri Mehta’s tenure as an Independent Director of the Company shall come to an end on May 29, 2021.

Shri Shekhar Bajaj, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, thanked Shri Mehta for his seminal contribution to the Company, and for his active participation in all the decision-making processes of the Board and its Committees. He added that Board would miss the wisdom, insight and analysis of Shri Mehta and conveyed him best wishes, on his own behalf and on behalf of the Board, for his future endeavours.
