The Company announces the allotment of 450,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each fully paid on 2 December 2020 under its block listing facility.  Following the allotment there are 296,732,485 Ordinary Shares in issue.  These shares were issued for cash on 2 December 2020 at a price of 262.25p per share.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
