Issue of Equity

On 26 January 2021, owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the issuance of 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid from Treasury.  Following the issuance there will be 54,658,831 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding the remaining 11,285,169 shares held in Treasury). These shares were issued for cash on 26 January 2021 at a price of 566.00p per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
