Şirketimizin 45.000.000 TL (Kırkbeş Milyon Türk Lirası) olan sermayesinin esas sermaye sisteminde %200 oranında 90.000.000 TL (Doksan Milyon Türk Lirası) nakden sermaye artırımı yapılarak 135.000.000 (Yüzotuzbeş Milyon Türk Lirası)'na yükseltilmesine ilişkin 29.04.2021 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuru yapılmıştı. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 18.11.2021 tarihli ve 2021/58 sayılı bülteninde söz konusu başvurumuzun onaylandığı açıklanmıştır. SPK tarafından onaylanan izahname KAP'ta ayrıca ilan edilecektir.
