Şirketimizin 16.04.2021 tarihli yönetim kurulu kararı çerçevesinde 45.000.000 TL olan Şirketimiz ödenmiş sermayesinin esas sermaye sistemi içerisinde, 90.000.000 TL nakit sermaye artırımı yapılması yoluyla, %200 oranında artırılarak 135.000.000 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ilişkin 26.11.2021 tarihinde başlayan 15 günlük yeni pay alma haklarının kullandırılması süreci 10.12.2021 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır.

Yeni pay alma haklarının kullanılmasından sonra kalan payların toplam nominal değeri ise 527.767,948 TL'dir.
