Şirket Yönetim Kurulu 27 Şubat 2020 tarihli toplantısında Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmak üzere kar payı dağıtımı yapılmaması yönünde karar almıştır.

Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) no'lu Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği'ne uygun olarak hazırlanan mali tablolarında görüldüğü şekilde 2019 yılı net dönem karı 81.817.872-TL'sıdır. Bununla birlikte Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre Şirketimiz 2019 yılını 649.817,55-TL zararla kapattığı için kâr payı dağıtılmaması önerisi Toplantı Başkanı tarafından okundu ve Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 50. yıI raporunda da yer alan kâr dağıtılmaması yönündeki önerisi 1 RED ve 20.499.807,97 KABUL oyu ile oyçokluğu ile kabul edildi.
