Buna göre Şirketimiz 2017 yılını zararla kapattığı için kâr payı dağıtılmaması önerisi Toplantı Başkanı tarafından okundu ve Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 48.yıl raporundaki kâr dağıtımı önerisi 1 red oyuna karşılık 22.911.680 kabul oyuyla oyçokluğu ile kabul edildi.
