BAE Systems - Termination of agreement to acquire Marine Hydraulics International, Inc.

The conditions to closing the November 2012 agreement with American Maritime Holdings, Inc., to acquire Marine Hydraulics International, Inc., have not been satisfied and the agreement has now been terminated.  Marine Hydraulics International is a privately held company that provides ship maintenance and repair services from its shipyard, pier and waterfront facilities in Norfolk, Va.
