BAE Systems - Proposed acquisition of Bohemia Interactive Simulations

BAE Systems has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Bohemia Interactive Simulations, a leading developer of advanced military simulation and training software.

Bohemia Interactive Simulations is headquartered in Orlando, Florida, with more than 325 employees around the world. Bohemia Interactive Simulations provides innovative, high-fidelity training software products and related services to a growing and diverse customer base, with the US military as its largest customer.

The proposed acquisition is conditional upon receiving certain customary regulatory approvals.
