The Company has been notified that Paula Rosput Reynolds, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, yesterday acquired 1,000 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") representing 4,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in BAE Systems plc, at a price of $28.411 per ADR.

The transaction took place on an OTC basis in the United States.
