NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS

Notification made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company has been notified that Kevin Taylor, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, yesterday exercised options over 72,058 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc under the BAE Systems Executive Share Option Plan at option prices of between 428 pence and 457 pence per share and subsequently disposed of those shares at a price of 508.7 pence per share. 

The sale transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
