The Company has been notified that Lady Carr, a connected person to Sir Roger Carr, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, today acquired 41,978 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of 472.88 pence per share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
