The Company has been notified that Paul Anderson, a non-executive director of the Company, disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of 442.2 pence per share on 21 August 2014.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
