The Company was notified on 4 April 2013 by the trustee of the BAE Systems Share Incentive Plan, Capita IRG Trustees Limited, that on 3 April 2013 the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) acquired ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc under the Free Shares element of the BAE Systems Share Incentive Plan at nil consideration.

The Free Shares were sourced from Treasury Shares.
