BAE Systems plc - Remuneration Committee Chair

The Company has previously announced that Ian Tyler will be retiring from the Board at the Company's AGM in 2022.

Following the Company's announcement on 30 March, regarding Dame Carolyn Fairbairn's decision to stand down as a non-executive director, Nicole Piasecki will now succeed Ian Tyler, as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, with effect from the close of the Company's AGM on 5th May 2022.
