BAE Systems Directorate Change - Carl Symon

Carl Symon, non-executive director, has confirmed his decision to retire from the BAE Systems plc Board and accordingly has submitted his letter of resignation effective today.

Sir Roger Carr, Chairman of BAE Systems, said:  "I would like to thank Carl Symon for the material contribution he has made to the BAE Systems Board over the past seven years as a valued non-executive director and chairman of the Remuneration Committee.  We wish him well for the future."
