IMI RADIOLOGY ACQUISITION PROCEEDING TO COMPLETION

The Directors of Capitol Health Limited (Capitol) are pleased to advise that the motion to approve the sale of the radiology operations of IM Medical Limited (IMI) has been approved at a general meeting of IMI shareholders.

Capitol and IMI are now proceeding to fulfil all of the required completion obligations on both parties for the transaction, with 30 November 2011 as the expected effective completion date.

Successful completion of the transaction will confirm Capitol as having the second largest diagnostic imaging clinic network in the Victorian market.
