IM MEDICAL COMPLETES RADIOLOGY ACQUISITION
IM Medical Ltd (ASX:IMI) confirms that it has, from August 16[th] 2010, taken over the ownership and management of Melbourne Specialist Imaging.
Melbourne Specialist Imaging is a Melbourne based radiology business specialising in head, neck and dental imaging, with a strong revenue base. It currently has radiology centres in Camberwell, Box Hill, Moorabbin and the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital as well as servicing independent imaging centres with its Teleradiology service.
