Update to Shareholder's General Meeting – new date of 16 April 2021 Update to SPP timetable

Babylon Pump & Power Ltd ( Babylon ) gives notice of new date for its General Meeting of Shareholders.

The General Meeting will be held on Friday, 16 April 2021 at 9:00am , at 32 Walters Way, Forrestfield, Western Australia.

This is an update to the date for the General Meeting in Babylon's previous announcements on 25 February 2021 and 2 March 2021.

At the General Meeting, Shareholders will be invited to consider the issue of Shares pursuant to the Security Purchase Plan announced by Babylon on 2 March 2021 ( SPP ) amongst other matters.

An updated timetable for the SPP is at the end of this announcement. A revised Appendix 3B follows separately.

The notice of meeting and proxy form for the General Meeting is expected to be despatched to Shareholders on Tuesday, 16 March 2021.
