recently
completed

million Entitlement
Issue
have
been
allotted
today.
As
announced
on

November
2011,
the Entitlement
Issue
closed
oversubscribed.
The
number
of
securities
for
which
quotation
is
sought
is
663,299,736
Fully
Paid
Ordinary Shares
and
663,299,736
Options.
As
a
result
of
the
issue,
the
total
issued
capital
of
the Company
following
allotment
now
stands
at
773,846,766
Fully
Paid
Ordinary
Shares
and 663,299,736
listed
Options.
The
Company
has
a
further
94,563,953
unlisted
options
on issue.
Due
to
the
strong
investor
demand,
the
Company
is
pleased
to
announce
it
will
undertake
a placement
of
54,500,000
shares
at
an
issue
price
of
$0.005
per
share
together
with 54,500,000
free
attaching
options
exercisable
at
$0.01
per
option
on
or
before
30 September
2016.
The
issue
price
per
Share
and
the
terms
of
the
free
attaching
Options
are
the
same
as
for the
Shares
and
Options
issued
under
the
recently
completed
Entitlement
Issue.
The placement
will
be
made
to
professional
and
sophisticated
investors
introduced
by
the
Lead Manager,
Patersons
Securities
Limited.
The
funds
raised
for
the
Placement
will
be
used
to
supplement
the
working
capital. The
distribution
schedule
of
Fully
Paid
Ordinary
Shares
and
Options
and
the
lists
of
the Company’s
top
20
Share
and
Option
holders
are
appended
as
Annexure
A.

Company
