MEDICAL BOARD CHANGES**

IM Medical Limited (IMI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Nigel Blaze, Mr Paul Quarrell and Mr Richard Wadley as Directors of IMI effective immediately. Mr Wadley has also been appointed Company Secretary of IMI.

Mr Blaze is a Chartered Accountant and is the principal of Blaze BMD, accountants, taxation and business advisers, with experience in a broad range of businesses including the medical services sector.

Mr Quarrell has 15 years experience in financial services and runs a consulting business providing corporate advisory services. He has advised on a number of successful acquisition, divestment and other projects across a range of sectors.

Mr Wadley is a Chartered Accountant and specialises in providing financial and company secretarial services mainly to life science companies, and has extensive experience in the areas of financial management, tax planning, investor relations, technology licensing and capital raisings.

The Board of IMI is delighted to attract new Directors with such a breadth of experience, and expects the new Directors will contribute significantly to IMI.

With the appointment of the new Directors, Mr. Sergio Del Vecchio has resigned as Managing Director and Company Secretary and Mr Del Vecchio and Mr. Peter Jess have both resigned from the Board of IMI.

As a result, the request from the major shareholder to convene a meeting to remove all Directors from the Board of IMI has been withdrawn.

Mr. Del Vecchio was appointed as an Executive Director on 12[th] August 2010 and as Managing Director on 30[th] August 2010. Mr Jess was appointed as a Non-­‐Executive Director on 11[th] November 2010. IMI acknowledges the contribution made by both of the resigning Directors to IMI during their tenure.
