MEDICAL BOARD CHANGES**

IM Medical Limited (IMI) wishes to advise that Dr. Mark Scott has resigned as a director of the Company. This had been foreshadowed in the Chairman’s address at the AGM when shareholders resolved unanimously to sell the Radiology business.

Dr. Scott was appointed as a Director on 16[th] August 2010.

The IM Medical board appreciates the contribution made by Mark to IMI during his tenure.
