An Award over 14,196 shares was made to Franco Martinelli on 29 January 2015 under the Company's Performance Share Plan 2009 ("PSP").  This award is granted in the form of a nil-cost option and remains subject to the rules of the PSP plan at all times.

The vesting of the PSP award is subject to performance targets being met over a three-year period (1 April 2014 to 31 March 2017).
