Babcock International Group PLC (the "Company") has received notification today from Mr Kevin Thomas, a PDMR, that on 21 March 2013, his wife Mrs S Thomas transferred a total of 50,510 ordinary shares from TD Waterhouse Nominees (Europe) Ltd to Hargreaves Landsdown Nominees Ltd.  There is no change of beneficial ownership.
