Completion of the acquisition of Bet 90 ("Bet 90 Acquisition")

Further to the announcement of 13 April 2017 and the update of 2 June 2017, Veltyco is pleased to announce that the Bet 90 Acquisition has now completed.

The new website Bet90.com is scheduled to go live in July 2017 and will have a particular focus on the Nordic countries and South America. Bet 90's online platform runs on the SBTech sportsbook. The Bet 90 website is expected to deliver a contribution in the financial year ending 31 December 2018.
