AIM Rule 17 Notice

Veltyco Group Plc, the online marketing company in the gaming, lottery and binary options businesses, announces pursuant to the requirements of (ii) and (v) of Schedule Two (g) to the AIM Rules for Companies, that Mark Rosman, non-executive director, has informed the Company that:

Mr Rosman became a director of SC Retail NV, a Belgian retail company, in 2014 and of DFM Participies BV, its Dutch parent company, from September 2014 until March 2015. In 2015, SC Retail NV declared insolvency under Belgian bankruptcy laws with a deficit to creditors of c. €3m.

Mr Rosman was also a director of XPO Network Ltd and XPO Network Interactive Ltd. Both companies entered into creditors' voluntary liquidations in 2002 as a result of the rescission of a lease agreement entered into with the British Airports Authority, which was a result of a shortfall in working capital. The aggregate shortfall to creditors was c. £1.1m.
