Further to the Company's immediate report of November 14, 2011 regarding the filing of a Motion to Approve a Claim as a Derivative Claim against directors of the Company, the Company hereby provides notice that the Company received a decision of the Honorable Judge Ruth Ronen of the Tel Aviv District Court (Economics Department), which summarily dismissed the Motion to Certify the Claim as a Derivative Claim.
