הנדון: הודעת הבהרה מטעם קרן "סרצ'לייט"

שלום רב,

להלן הודעת הבהרה שנמסרה הערב למנכ"ל בי קומיוניקיישנס בע"מ )"החברה"( על ידי קרן סרצ'לייט ומתייחסת לכוונת הקרן )אשר הגישה הצעה להשקעה באינטרנט זהב ובחברה, כפי שדווחה(, לתמיכה כלכלית והונית ארוכת טווח בחברה:

"Dear Ami - As highlighted on our April 13, 2019 offer, Searchlight intends to not only inject meaningful liquidity into Bcom in exchange for covenant amendments, but also continue to support Bcom's long-term liquidity needs. Additionally, it is Searchlight's intention to engage with Bcom and Bcom's bondholder representatives immediately after entering exclusivity with IGLD and its bondholders, and to come to a resolution in very short order. Overall, Searchlight has both the experience and the capital necessary to create and maintain long term stability for Bcom and all of its stakeholders".
