הנדון: לוחות זמנים מעודכנים לקידום עסקת "סרצ'לייט" אשר סוכמו בין הצדדים

שלום רב,

בהמשך לדיווחיה הקודמים של החברה להלן לוחות הזמנים המעודכנים לקידום העסקה שבנדון, כפי שסוכמו הערב על ידי נציגי הצדדים, ובאו לידי ביטוי בהודעה כדלקמן אשר נמסרה לחברה מאת קרן "סרצ'לייט":

All - Searchlight appreciates the ongoing efforts of all parties involved and is willing to extend its offer until June 18th, 2019 at 7pm IST (the "Deadline"), with the following milestones:

1. Final SPA, Indenture, Pledge and Equity Commitment Letters (the "Definitive Documents") to be published to both IGLD and BCOM bondholders by June 10th.

2. Each Bcom and IGLD bond series to vote on the Definitive Documents no later than June 17th.

3. To the extent there is insufficient quorum, a delayed vote will be held on June 18th.

4. The Definitive Documents will be signed by all parties by the Deadline.
