The Management Board of B-Act S.A. with its registered office inBydgoszcz ("Issuer", "Company"), in reference to the informationindicated in the Company's Information Document prepared on March 27,2024 regarding the agreement concluded on September 11, 2017 by aconsortium formed together with Prokom Construction sp. z o.o. with itsregistered office in Sosnowiec, the subject of which are engineeringconsulting services in the field of design and major renovation of roadsas part of the project entitled "Development of border and roadinfrastructure on the Ukrainian-Polish border", implemented on the basisof the agreement of September 9, 2015 concluded between the Governmentof the Republic of Poland and the Government of Ukraine on granting aloan as part of tied aid, informs that on May 8, 2025 it receivedinformation about the agreement - in accordance with the applicableprocedure - and conclusion of an annex to the aforementioned agreement.Thesubject of the annex is an increase in remuneration by the amount of EUR292,267.13 (approx. PLN 1.2 million). The Issuer's share in theincreased remuneration is approx. 43.8%.The share of Polishgoods and services in the export is approx. 61.1%.
