The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide gazette notification dated 8th June, 2018 and vide its press release dated 3rd December, 2018, amended Regulation 40 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and has mandated that the transfer of securities would be ca1Tied out in dematerialized form only w.e.f. 01st April, 2019. Further, SEBI vide its press release dated 27th March, 2019 clarified that the transfer deeds lodged prior to deadline and returned due to deficiency in the document may be re-lodged for transfer even after the deadline of O 1st April, 2019.
Accordingly, on the basis of declaration relating to equity shares of B & A Limited (the Company), maintained and provided electronically by its Registrars and Share Transfer Agent, MC S Share Transfer Agent Limited at Kolkata pertaining to the period from 1st April, 2020 to 30th September, 2020 for the purpose of issuing the Certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of the Securities And Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the information provided by the Company, I hereby certify that during half year ended on 30[th ] September, 2020 :

A) The company has not received any request for transfer of securities during the said half year period (1st April, 2020 to 30[th ] September, 2020).

B) As informed to me, there were no requests relating to transmission, transposition of securities, subdivision (split), consolidation, renewal and exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies and issue of duplicate certificate received during the half year period from 1st April, 2020 to 30th September, 2020.
