On August 27, 2012, AZZ incorporated (“AZZ”) announced that, after 12 years of dedicated service to AZZ, Clement H. Watson, Vice President of Sales Electrical Products Group of AZZ, retired from his position as Vice President effective as of February 28, 2013. AZZ accepted Mr. Watson’s retirement effective as of August 27, 2012.
