Biography of Boris Cambon-Lalanne

Boris Cambon-Lalanne joined Azelis in 2026 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cambon-Lalanne brings more than 20 years of international experience in senior finance leadership roles within the chemicals and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Azelis, he held a number of senior executive finance positions at Solvay. Most recently, he served as Capital Markets Director. He previously held several Executive Vice President roles, including Finance Director for Solvay Materials and Solvay Specialty Polymers, as well as Group Accounting and Reporting Director. Earlier in his career, he held various finance leadership positions at Solvay and Rhodia across Europe, Asia and the United States, covering FP&A, controlling, audit and finance transformation.

Mr. Cambon-Lalanne holds an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and a master's degree in Strategy, Organisation and Management from ESCP Business School in France. He also holds an engineering degree in Electronic and Industrial Computing from Polytech Paris-Sud. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

De heer Cambon-Lalanne brengt meer dan 20 jaar internationale ervaring mee in senior financiële leiderschapsrollen binnen de chemie- en industriële sector. Voor hij bij Azelis aan de slag ging, bekleedde hij verschillende senior executive finance-functies bij Solvay. Meest recent was hij Capital Markets Director. Daarvoor vervulde hij meerdere Executive Vice President-rollen, waaronder Finance Director voor Solvay Materials en Solvay Specialty Polymers, evenals Group Accounting and Reporting Director.
