CONSENT OF QUALIFIED PERSON

I, Ché Osmond, do hereby consent to the public filing of the technical report entitled “Technical Report Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Unkur Copper Deposit, Zabaikalsky Krai, Russian Federation” dated August 16, 2020, with an effective date of 31 July 2021 (the “Technical Report”) by Azarga Metals Corp. (the “Issuer”) in connection with the Preliminary Economies Assessment announced by the Issuer on August 16, 2021.

I also consent to any extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report by the Issuer.

I certify that I have read the August 16, 2021 news release that the Technical Report supports being filed by the Issuer and that it fairly and accurately represents the information in the sections of the Technical Report for which I am responsible.
