The Board of Directors invites the shareholders to attend this meeting, or appoint other shareholder who should not be a Member of Board of Directors or the staff of the company nor any technical, administrative member of the company. According to the rules governing the Power of Attorney in the presence of associations of shareholders of the decision of the Minister of Industry & Commerce No. 294, dated 13/02/1422 H. To convene this meeting, minimum percentage of shareholders attendance should be 25% of Capital.
