Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in furtherance to our letter dated 7[th] May, 2022, we wish to inform you that a wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) of M/s AYM Syntex Limited (“ Company ”) has been incorporated on 27[th] June, 2022 in the name and style of “ AYM TEXTILES PRIVATE LIMITED ” vide CIN no. U17299MH2022PTC385451 .

The details in respect of the WOS, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are enclosed as Annexure A .
