The Board of Directors resolved to amend Article 6 "Capital" of the Company's Articles of Association in order to extend the validity period of Company's upper limit of authorized capital from 2021 to 2025 and to propose the amendment to the approval of the first upcoming General Assembly after the approvals of Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade are obtained.
