26.01.2018 tarihli Resmi Gazete'de yayınlanan 2018/11225 sayılı Bakanlar Kurulu Kararı ile, 24.01.2018 tarihli açıklamamızda belirtilen, Türk Metal Sendikası tarafından 12.02.2018 tarihinde uygulanmak üzere alınan Grev Kararı ile Türkiye Metal Sanayicileri Sendikası (MESS) tarafından alınan Lokavt Kararı, milli güvenliği bozucu nitelikte görüldüğünden, 6356 sayılı Sendikalar ve Toplu İş Sözleşmesi Kanunu'nun ilgili hükümleri uyarınca, Bakanlar Kurulu Kararı'nın yayımı tarihinden itibaren 60 gün süreyle ertelenmiştir.

Toplu İş Sözleşmesi imzalanması amacıyla görüşmeler devam etmekte olup, sürece ilişkin önemli gelişmeler, ilgili düzenlemeler çerçevesinde kamuya açıklanacaktır.

Due to the decision of Council of Ministers published in the Official Gazette dated  26.01.2018 numbered 2018/11225, it was stated that the strike decision  taken by  the Turkish Metal Union to be implemented on 12.02.2018 and lockout decision taken by Turkish Employers' Association of Metal Industries (MESS), which was announced by our previous disclosure on 24.01.2018,  has been deferred for 60 days from the date of the publication of the Decree of the Council of Ministers in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on Trade Unions and Collective Labor Agreements No. 6356 as it is prejudicial to national security.

Negotiations are still in progress to sign the Collective Labor Agreement and significant developments in the process will be announced to the public under the relevant regulations.
