Şirketimiz tarafından yatırım ve faaliyetlerinin gerektirdiği finansman ihtiyacının karşılanması, borçlanma yapısının çeşitlendirilmesi ve vadeye yayılması amacıyla 20.000.000 Amerikan Doları (USD) tutarında, üç yıl iki hafta vadeli, anapara vade sonu ödemeli kredi sözleşmesi imzalanmış olup, faiz oranı SOFR + %2,5 olarak belirlenmiştir. Kredinin yıl sonuna kadar çekilmesi öngörülmektedir.

In order to meet the investment and financing needs required by the Company's activities, to diversify the borrowing structure and to extend the maturity, a loan agreement for USD 20,000,000 has been signed for a term of three years two weeks with principal repayment at maturity. Interest rate is determined as SOFR +2.5%. The loan is expected to be withdrawn until the end of the year.
