Yönetim Kurulumuzun 07.02.2023 tarihli Kararı ile, Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'nin görüşü alınarak,Şirketimizin 2023 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ile kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere, PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin seçilmesi Genel Kurul tarafından onaylanmıştır.

Taking into consideration the opinion of the Audit Committee, the resolution of our  Board of Directors on February 07, 2023 to nominate PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. to audit our Company's financial reports for 2023 accounting period and to fulfill all other obligations, is approved by the General Assembly.
