Additional Explanations

On 14.02.2022, the Board of Directors of our Company decided to launch a Share Buy-Back program to support the fair price formation of our Company's shares (AYDEM) in the stoke market and it was announced on the Public Disclosure Platform on 14.02.2022.

On 14.02.2022, our Share Buy-Back Program initiated by our Company was terminated in accordance with Article 7/1 of the Communique on Buy-Back Shares (II-22.1).

The table below details the transactions carried out during the 3-year period in which the Buy-Back Program was in effect. In this context:
