Şirketimizin 2022 yılı hesap dönemine ait finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ve bu konulardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin 1 (Bir) yıl süreyle Denetçi olarak seçilmesine ilişkin 30 Mart 2022 tarihli Genel Kurul Kararı 1 Nisan 2022 tarihinde tescil ve Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nin 1 Nisan 2022 tarihli ve 10550 sayılı nüshasında ilan edilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

The General Assembly resolution dated 30 March 2022 regarding the election of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the Auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2022 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations has been registered on 1 April 2022 and announced in Issue No. 10550 dated 1 April 2022 of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
