Resignation of Director

Axiom Properties Limited (ASX: AXI) wishes to advise that Mr Umberto Gianotti has tendered his resignation effective today as Non-Executive Director of the Company.

The Board of Axiom Properties wishes to acknowledge the valuable contribution made by Mr Gianotti during his tenure as Director of the Company since 2006. Mr Gianotti will continue to provide consultancy services to the Company until December 2012.
