Adelaide, Australia, Monday 15 June 2015: Axiom Properties Limited (ASX:AXI)
Further to the notification of Becoming a Substantial Holder from Oriental University City Holdings (H.K.) Limited (“OUC”) on Friday 12 June 2015, Pivot Group Pty Ltd (“Pivot”) has today notified Axiom of Change in Substantial Holding.
Pivot has advised that in order to facilitate the transaction with OUC, Pivot agreed to sell 14,022,126 shares on market to OUC. The result of this transaction allowed OUC to obtain the minimum number of shares under the Share Subscription Agreement being 14.9%.
