On August 4, 2025, Axon Enterprise, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a shareholder letter regarding the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The full text of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
