Further we wish to bring to your notice that the Company has proposed increasing the pool of ESOPs by 10,00,000 equity shares, by way of below variations in the terms of existing ESOP schemes series 2 , which will be effective on receiving Shareholders approval and other regulatory approvals, if any:
