Further to our intimation dated November 12, 2024 and December 28, 2024 on the issuance and allotment of Unrated Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) respectively, we wish to inform that the Company has fully retired and repaid the Optionally Convertible Debentures, amounting to INR 67.01 crores, held by Anicut Capital (Grand Anicut Fund 2).
The aforesaid repayment was funded by INR 50 crores in Non-Convertible Debentures issued to Investec Bank Plc and Emerging India Credit Opportunities Fund and INR 17.01 crores by internal accruals.
