Further to our intimation dated 5[th] December 2023, wherein the Company informed the Exchanges that it acquired 99.99% stake (outstanding 1 share set to be extinguished in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws) in Epcogen Private Limited on the said date, upon payment of fixed consideration, in accordance with the Definitive Agreements.

In this regard, we would like to bring to your notice the fact that the Company has acquired the remaining one (1) equity share, in Epcogen Private Limited. Consequently, Epcogen Private Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
