Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), this is to inform you that the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved today i.e., April 02, 2025, the following grant of 15,90,000 stock options to the eligible employee of the Company under AXISCADES ESOP 2018 – Series 1 & 2.
The relevant details pertaining to the above, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-I.
