Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform that under the “Atmanirbhar Bharat” initiative, the Indian Army has signed a contract with AXISCADES Aerospace & Technologies Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

The relevant details pertaining to the above, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as “Annexure-I.”

The report on the said contract acquisition by Press Trust of India (PTI) is enclosed as Annexure II.
